Im still iffy about taking and starting a supplement of creatine. I take a portein supplement but i think that is different then creatine. Any suggestions on what is best? Im a well matured almost 14 year old, but I dont know if it is safe for a still-growing body.
Also, if your trying to get cut, is it also safe to to creatine?

AT 14, I suggest you reach your goals and then see what you need. At a young age if you eat right you will get all the nutrients you require. Good Diet and exersise will give you the cutting edge!

I would not take creatine at your age; I am also not sure if it matches your goals (from your profile). Creatine increases water in the muscles, I am two weeks into a creatine and bulking cycle and have gained 8kg and from my %bf this is predominantly water. I do lift heavier but not in proportion to my body weight. If you arte interested in its action, find the discussion “supplements a summary” in the supplements board.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
NO! NO! Even the manufacturers of creatine do not recommend it for anyone under 18 (and trust me, if they could, they would). Definately not something you want to jump into. Certain systems of yours are still developing. Supplementing with creatine now could train your body to reduce its overall production over the long term. Okay, sorry about that little outburst.
