How should I take my creatine and whey protein after workouts and on off work out days? workout 3x/week free weights and machines with 2x/week on abs/cardio. What would be the best way to get the most out of my sessions as far as muscle mass increase?

What good supplements are there that are not steriods? Ones that would make you bigger faster.

errlover, follow charlies advice.
chandler, don't fall for any bigger, faster scams. Do a search on supplements. Supplements do one thing, supplement, get a strict diet and exercise routine in place and go from there.
