for creatine dont u hav to load up for the first week or something im not sure but i think it says on the back it should say when and how much to take

You should only load creatine the first time you take it.. unless you enjoy the water retention. Take creatine for 8-10 weeks. Then take 2-3 weeks off. Next time take creatine only afer your workouts . Glutamine should also be taken with creating right after your workout.. as well as the first thing in the morning before your meal .

Take creatine with some type of carb that boosts your insulin for max absorbtion,. What i have heard is that loading on creatine is not nesessary and that it's just a waste of money to do so. Glutimin can be taken with creatine or alone it really doesn't matter,.
