I apologise for my ignorance, but could someone explain to me what supersetting is, as I've seen it mentioned here a few times and I don't know what it is.

Quick and Dirty, is that you do 2 exercises back to back without and rest inbetween. This can be done for the same muscle group, or opposing muscle groups. I like the pump better from Opposing. Try Bi's and Tri's or Chest and back.
