Hi, I am a 32 years, 140 pounds 5 Ft 10 inches male. I had been doing light exercises (treadmill and weights) for around 3 months. I stopped for the last 3 months. In this I have gained almost 3 inches on my waist / belly. Is this normal?, i have been skinny all my life and I cant beleive I have a 35 inch waist now!... the rest of me is still quite skinny :( --- any comments. Needless to say i am hitting the gym again
