so i am really trying and doing my best i think to enlarge my chest. as it is, i am decently happy with a good cut and all, but i want to enlarge, really go for it-like, yknow what i mean? only problem, i am in Japan with access to only one gym and said gym has no bench. it has dumbs that only go up to 15kgs, a dip and pull up bar, and a butterfly like weight machine (?). anyway, i am doing that machine at 190 lbs, the 15 kg dumbs as straight dumb presses, hanging tricep behind your head things, decline (as in head lower than your feet) dumb presses and fly pulls (i think theyre called) and dips. anyway, as you can tell, with no access to bigger weights i am a little frustrated. any tips or is this just the way it is with little weights?
please excuse the sophomoric wording of my mail, i am none too familiar with proper vocabulary of weight lifting.

Well, there are some things you can do to get muscles growing. First is to change you routine...order of exercises, number of reps and sets are a couple examples. You can also decrease the time between your sets. You can also change the speed of your reps. But ultimitaley your body will have adapted and platuea if you cant go heavier, you can bench a friend if you have to..sometimes ive benched my brother when i had no other form of working out. But keep doing what your doing, but keep trying to find ways to push yourself. I hope some of this helps, but i can understand your predicament. Good luck.
