I was wondering if anyone has tried this program?  It's looks basic and potentially good especially for beginners.

It's based on basic compound lifts;

Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Overhead Press
Barbell Bentover Row

I currently do 4 of those 5 exercises weekly.  I don't squat 3 times per week, but I get them in.  I'm considering trying this method.
