I use to do an excersise for my forearms, that gives you an amazing pump. Grab a Barbell, and load it with abunch of weight, go pretty heavy with it(weight will depend on your size of course). Then just grab the bar with an overhand grip, and hold it. hold it for say 30secs. repeat for 3 sets. If your Forearms don't have the best pump you have ever had, I'll be surprised!! this will help with Grip, and should also strengthen your wrirts and forearms.
