I THINK thier sets where you do a set with a high weight then you 'strip' off some weight for the next set.. and then drop sets are where you do your set.. but right when your about to fail someone takes some weight off for you and you squeeze out some more reps.. I've fogotten although if you go back a few pages rp has a post where he describes most of the different training ideas (super sets/drop sets/strip sets/wave loading.. etc)
