I've noticed that with my recent gains I've apparently lost a little flexibility in my hamstrings, which is affecting my sprinting form and making my lower back tight. I've been doing the regular standing and sitting "toe touch" stretches along with hurdler's stretches, but I feel like I need some more hams stretches. Any suggestions? PS-lying on back and pulling knees to chest does nothing for me.

I know this is late, but you may want to try raising one leg up in the air with a towel wrapped around your foot. Try keeping your leg straight as possible. This really intensifies the hamstring stretch.
