I don't know much about how to cure them..but Cocoa butter should to an extent slow them down..Researches show that emu-oil can stop it all..But I don't think you can permenantly remove them Amr

I heard that Vitamin E Cream is a good thing to use as prevention. I don't know about the Cocoa butter. I will have to take sometime out and look that up. Amr_Mr.Olympia do you remember will you've read that?

here you go...
First off, Chris, many doctors contend that stretch marks have nothing to do with actually stretching the skin. Instead, stretch marks are caused by hormonal changes and are a side effect of natural cortisone production. That's something to think about.
Now, getting rid of them has long been a subject of debate. Some say to rub vitamin E oil on them and others suggest ingesting flax and other good-for-you oils to make the skin more "supple." Others say to get plenty of zinc. There are also dozens of products on the market designed for women to use after they've had babies that are supposed to at least reduce the severity of stretch marks. These contain things like collagen, elastin, aloe vera, squalane, and emu oil (a source of oleic acid that's supposed to act as a "carrier" for the other stuff.)
I don't know about all that stuff, but according to dermatologists, prescription products like Retin-A can help, if you use it as soon as you notice the stretch marks. Even then, they won't completely fade. And if they've been there a long time then Retin-A probably won't help much at all. Then you have to turn to laser treatment, which is said to give you about a 50% improvement.
Or you can just call them "war wounds" and get on with life like most of us do. Hope this gives you some options, though!

Spedward I must congratulate you on your 19 inch guns... Do you agree with the notion that to add an inch on your arms, you need to add 10 pounds of muscle mass?

mongrel2012 no, at least not in my case. I'm am genetically blessed with massive arms...unfortunatlly i'm not blessed with legs. When it comes to adding mass to your arms i think it is different for everyone. my arms grow by just looking at them, but i have tried everything to get my calves to grow.
