hey guys i was wondering if anyone could help me out.
The problem is I've been trying to increase my pushup count and I cant seem to get past a MAX of 30 on a good day!!
I used to beable to do 80 in a row (2 yrs ago) but now when i get to 25 my arms start shaking....and its not like my strenght is increasing....its been stuck at 25 in a row for a few months now and its really depressing.
Another thing is even tho i cant do more than 25 normally in a row , if I stop rest for 30 secs and get back to it i can do another 25 n then it gets to be too much again.
Any ideas why i've lost the ability to do pushups AT ALL?

Try clapping pushups. It's a plyometrics exercise that hits the fast twitch muscles in your arms and chest. Bench press also should help strength for pushups. And make sure you get enough rest for your muscles, don't burn yourself out.
