I have seen a doctor, diagnosis "Pinched Rotator Cuff". I have seen a physical therapist, they put me on a program. A variety of stretches and light strength exercises using the resistance bands.
I am now off the care of the physical therapist and doing the program on my own. Therapist said to continue for a month, and my range of motion should be near to completely back.
Question is when can/should I return to my normal exercise routine? The routine is along the line of the P90X, but modified.
