Best thing you can do really is deal with it....I have them pretty bad on the front of my arm from lifting and stretching the skin Im in no way fat either...Only 150 pounds standing tall at 5'7....People say rubbing vitamin E on it will help also going to the tanning bed....However I went to the tanning bed got extremely dark and they showed up worst! They use to blend into my skin now the marks are white and my skin is dark....Disappointing.

Not really...Im going by advice of what the people gave me on here...As long as he isnt fat or if he is...Doesnt really matter we are all put together differently...Some better than others....Doesnt stop me by any means though...Those quick fix creams you see on tv cancel those out as well....

Tell him to see his doctor. There are a lot of treatments available from creams to laser surgery depending on the type of strech mark. Also, you can get a ton of info just by doing a search on "strech marks" on the web. Just be careful about the sites you decide to read.

When I was working for an OB/GYN while I was in the Navy, they would tell pregnant women to use lotions with a high cocoa butter content a couple of times a day, during and after pregnancy. It was supposed to help minimize stretch marks and help make them less noticable. Don't know if it would work, but it's worth a shot.

Go to the library, check out a book. It keeps me in a job, and you might learn something new. :)

My wife used coconut oil while she was pregnant and it worked great! She has 0 stretch marks! I'm not sure if you already have them though. :(

My wife has stretch marks, and according to a coupe of doctors (including a plastic surgeon), there's only one way to get rid of them, which is to literally cut them out. Other methods including chemical peels or dermobrasion will not get rid of them. I would suggest he get used to it and rather than being embarrassed by them, accept them as part of his body as you would with moles or birth marks..
Sorry for the disappointing answer.

Use lotion. Lotion is the remedy for stretch marks. Lotion won't get rid of stretch marks they just help the skin in avoiding to get them. The lotion type you should use is vitamin e. Vitamin e helps.
