I've got a few questions:
1) My stomach is okay, but I'de like to lose a little flab around it, anyone have any dietary advice? or workout tips?
2) I've been taking this protien shake thing called "Serious Mass" and have been working out about 5 days a week, I've seen results but I was wondering if anyone would have muscle mass building workouts for my upper body?
3) My friends have been talking about their "Man V's" (the area right above your pelvis and i looks like a "V" when it goes to your abs, if anyone would give me advice or workout tips on how to get that it would be greatly appreciated
