Stomach Routine

Whats the recommended cycle time for stomach. I hear you can work it every day or on a split schedule. What do most of you do? I need as much as I can get, it's my problem area but am I overworking it if I do it daily?

try out the ft 12 week abs.. I looked at it and it seems like a real challenge.

I think if you do a good, hard ab routine, every day is too much. I personally do it everyday and it works very well for me. goodlcuk. -sweeny

my friend is trying to loose some inches around her stomach and sides (love handles) she doesn't have alot of time to work on it (working + 3 childern) and she asked my help. I have givin her a couple things but was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to loose some inches! thanks

Unfortunately it all comes down to overall fat loss. Diet, cardio and resistance training and it doesn't take all that much time. Even 2 or 3 days a week can make a difference.
