My fear came true- I had a feeling when school started up for me again I wouldn't have time to get to the gym. I've been averaging like 3 times a week, which I am rather disappointed about. But even worse yet, I've been soooo busy working full time, school full time, plus another free lance job on the side, that I've started eating fast food driving from one place to another. YUCK. So fortunately I've only gained a few pounds and I'm still fitting into my clothes- thanks to the training I had done my body is handling this ok. But I'm re-vamping everything starting yesterday. I'll hit the gym 5 times a week. I'll eat healthy meals at home and if its totally necessary I eat fast food, it'll be Subway. If anyone else has some advice for how to maintain a healthy lifestyle when there aren't enough hours in the day, I'd love some advice! Wish me luck.

It's hard, Kaia, try to throw some things together the night before, carrots for munching, beef jerky, anything that you can take that may help to hold you over until something healthy comes your way! Don't skip, though, skipping makes me FAMISHED and I want to eat everything in sight when I finally reach that point!
I've had a terrible transition back to full+ time working 50-60 hours a week but am SOOOOOOOOO excited, they just opened a new gym in our city! I am going to check it out and even if it means just 30 minutes in the morning, I'm there!
Good luck to you and just keep something near you that you can eat that is healthy, that helps the grabsomeofthisandthat syndrome!
