Just wondering how much if these exercises do much for stamina? I'm using the max muscle mass so i'm guessing it probably doesn't help stamina much but which of the programs do?

friend,
Working out does improve your stamina....now the point is do you want to be the hulk or the roadrunner, cos if you want the first then at a certain point of time in your gymming life you wont be able to work for stamina much.
But if you wanna do something for stamina you can do aerobics, or something more fun....kickboxing.

Endurance and strength training are two different aspects of weight training. Weight and reps used to train vary with regard to your goal. You can increase your endurance with resistance training and train to increase stalmina in whatever sport/activity you're doing by actually participating at a higher intensity level. Increasing either strength or endurance(stamina) you can increase reps, weight, or intensity to get gains. Pick one and then vary so your body doesn't get stale and you plateau.
