yesterday I switched things up a bit :dumbbell: I always do smith machine lunges, but instead I did travelling lunges with 25lb dumbells. For my cardio, well normally I can go 45 minutes on treadmill, bike, or elliptical, but I tried the stairmill I lasted 12 minutes (thought I was going to die) then switched to treadmill. I can sure feel it in my butt today. Funny how a little change effects the body. gotta love it!!!!!!! p.s. I definately recommend the stair mill what a cardio workout!!!!!!
