Sounds like you are focusing on just your bi's. Try changing to compound exerecises to improve your overall strength (legs included)

I think you need to up the weight a wee bit, not enough to cause real pain, but to "shock" your muscles. Do this slowly and with:dumbbell:

how many reps do you do? maybe on your last set, increase the weight and go for a lower rep goal.

I've been noticing that my bi's don't need as much specific attention as I originally thought. Exercises such as pull-ups will provide me quite a work-out in several areas - including bi's. Curls in my opinion will provide a good pump but will not give my arms the overall growth that I am looking for. Just my opinion

Do alternate the type of execise for the biceps. Include lying bi cep curls and inclined as well. Don't forget the triceps, do some dips.

i went through the same thing so what i did with bicep curls was make the weights a little bit heavier and try two sets just goin half way up and then two sets starting from the top and goin half way down and back up try that and eventually you should be able to do a full set with that weight and flex at the top of each rep to

another thing that may work for you is to back off of the dumbell curls for a little while and go to using a barbell. it is at least in my experience that the barbell curl is the king of bicep work. you wont be using that much weight, especially at first but after a couple of weeks you should see a difference. one tip is to stand next to a wall, or have someone place their hand on your back to assure that you keep proper form(ie: rocking back and forth).
