Hey i'v been weight training for about 8 months, and im in the 9th grade. I like weight lifting but with school work and stuff liek that, its hard to find the time to get in a full workout all the time. Would it be ok the spread out a weeks worth of workouts (1 day for each part) into two weeks?

yeah that sounds okay.. at ur age u shud be doing a lot of running and jumping anyways... so i think that'll be fine
