the past week i've been sick (cold) but the past 2 days i've been getting over it so i stayed away from my work out from saturdays to wedsdayday,yesterday(thursday)i did my normel routine...an i've been doing this routine for the past 5 weeks an i've havnt felt sore for a very long time.when i woke up this morning i felt like yesterday was the first time i ever lifted a weight i'm very sore..what does this mean???? i never get sore anymore an today i feel like i have bi*ch pains......any insight would be great thanks:angry:
well because you were sick your body has been weak because all of your energy goes to getting better. due to this, you couldn't work out as stated above so that means that your body is temporarily "out" of shape. Just take some vitamin C so your immune system is back into good shape. Intake a good amount of protien, give your muscles adequate time to rest. then workout again, after a little while you won't be getting doms again.
