Should I look forward to soreness after workout? Is it really a sign that I have worked my muscle?

If you haven't worked the specifac muscle in a while, one should expect some soreness.It is a sign of muscle breakdown and will repair itself by you supplying good protein and nutrition. The more you workout the less soreness you will have post-workout.
