HI my name is mike and I'v been trainning for about ten months now. I've been very pleased with my results. I came across freetrainers by accident, but I like what I see. I have I question for all of you and maybe you can help me? My knees never seem to recover from my work outs. My leggs get a weeks rest before my next leg work out. It's not painful but they feel sore so it stops me for going heavey. Has this happened to anyone else and what did you do?

Welcome Mike, Can you give a little more detail, is there a spesific excercise that is hurting your knees what are you doing press curles squats? do you take time to stretch out your legs and knees before and after your workout. Is the pain a sharp I may never walk again pain or more of a worked muscle pain that goes away soon after you have stretched. It may seem like a lot of questions but it will be easier to help you

do you do any cardio? I used to run the day after my leg workout, and my legs would feel like lead all week, but one of the mods (philia) suggested that I not do cardio so soon afterwards, and now my legs actually feel normal the rest of the week.
