I have a bulgy 4pack and I'm trying to get rid of the bottom layer above the belt line. What exercises and what type of diet will aid in the success of that?

Depens on what you have been eating. What is a typical day of eating for you, when do you eat and how many calories do you get in on average?

I work out around 5am four days a week. I spin four days a week (Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri). After I work out I would have 4 waffles, two eggs, 8 strips of bacon cut in half and a protein supplement. For dinner I eat whatever because I'm at school all day.

So, your diet is the biggie for you.

switch to oats and scrambled egg+whites and some fruit or vegetables.

Take your protein shake to school with you.

Pack a cooler with tuna fish, rice and sald with oliveoil dresing for lunch.

For mid afternnon either pack a small meal or have a protein supplement

For dinner have 5-6 oz lean meat of your choice, salad, a baked potato

before bed have some protein.

This will start you towards a better metabolism.
