  1. Dont resort to shortcut methods like crash diets for weight loss.This might give you quick results but can have serious health consequences in the long  run.
  2. Stick to foods that are easily availably and in season.The more you try to complicate your diet by adding super foods the more difficult it will be for you to follow it.
  3. Stay away for commercial (packaged) diet foods. If you still want to buy them make sure you read the ingredient label before taking it home. Stay away from any food product that has hydrogenated fat, fructose/ fructose syrup, corn syrup, added sugar and MSG.
  4.  Lack of sleep and stress also promote weight gain.Try regulating your lifestyle to reduce stress and ensure that you get atleast 7-8 hours of sleep everyday.
  5. Exercising regularly doesn’t mean you have to spend hours in the gym. You can even take out 15 minutes a day and do some quick exercises at home .Try brisk walking or light jogging instead of walking for better results.

Try this: after waking up drink 2 to 3 glasses of water to keep hydrated. Don't eat anything and do cardio for at least 30min. At first it will be tough on the body but u will get use to it. Keep doing this 4 times a week. Have breakfast after cardio. Keep water with you in a bottle so u can sip will cardio session. Body will burn the fat for energy , will take 1 to 2 months for a flat stomach, depending on how intense the cardio session. Don't knock it until u tried it. Good luck
