hi, i've been a member for about 2 years now and have completed a few of the programs such as the general progression training, weight loss, mass building, etc but I'm more confused than ever. I am currently at 10% bodyfat which isn't bad and i have an atheletic body composition but I feel "soft". I consider myself lean but I could always build more muscle and lose more fat. I feel like i'm stuck in the middle of building muscle, losing fat, blah blah blah so i'm confused as to what workouts i should follow to just build a more solid body...fill out my shirts a little more and basically just work on adding more to my chest and making my back and abs more solid..I would also like to get down to about 7% bodyfat. Any suggestions on whether to cut first or gain first...thank you
