G'day,
I had a good piece of software that lets you enter the exercises you do, and your diet, goals, etc, and shows you tables, graphs etc. Very comprehensive, but of course I formatted the PC and cleverly forgot the name of the program.
Anyone have any recommendations as to similar software they use? Nothing like some performance graphs to keep me motivated! :)

Why not just use FreeTrainers? That will keep track of your performance and give you graphs for both your nutritional intake and exercise performance.

hrm..
*I would think software would be more user-friendly and more comprehensive than this web-based system
*I'm not following a ft exercise program so I cannot actually input my workout routine into the ft software (main reason)
*I like to have it on my HD so have constant access

I use excel and it's basically straightforward for me. The only freeware/shareware site that I can think of atm is www.download.com . It's an extension from cnet.com. There, try typing in keywords in the search box. It might result in something you might be looking for.

for anyone who's interested, i found the program, it's called CrossTrainer 5 and it's a very professional, very thorough program, looks a lot like Outlook actually, that sort of calendar layout.
