I have recently started trying to maintain my diet a little better. However, I am an avid Sprite drinker, nothing quenches my thrist better. I mean I drink my water before, during, and after the gym but any other time, I drink Sprite. I have tried all the diet drinks, and cant't stand them. Any thoughts on juices, fruit drinks, anything that is or would be better. Also, how bad is this not only for my body but my diet. Thanks.

If you find it hard to get off the drinks do it gradually. I like to take fresh orange juice and add club soda. But thats just me. There is a ton of sugar in the sprite or any other soft drink that is not diet.
And even if we drink diet..the aspertame is not healthy.
Perrier with lemon juice is good too.

Read the post on insuline spikes by BB1FIT...you'll think twice before drinking Sprite.
