Hey new guy here!!!i am 33 and havent played soccer for 7 years due to career ending knee injury. I'm looking to start playing again and i'm looking to get in the best shape possible. Doc says i cant life weights with legs due to injury. So virtually all the training i used to due is right out of the window! Help is needed. I need strength and certainly conditioning....any ideas guys?

It depends on the injury. Find yourself a good physical therapist that specializes in sports therapy, and get yourself a better opinion. I've said it before and I'll say it again, doctors have almost know musculoskeletal training whatsoever, and have no business diagnosing or prescribing treatments for sports injuries. I think any Dr. that does this without recommending a referral should have their medical license questioned.
