Hello everyone. I found this site today, fell in love w/it, and joined immediately. I can't wait for Monday to come so I can get started. I got off the couch today and walked five miles then got nerve tonight and went rollerblading for another 1.5 (I don't know which was harder). Yea Me. I have a lot to learn. You know, like your legs hurt when you walk that far and your not in shape. :-)

Welcome to Ft. I am sure you will reach your goal here. From your profile it sounds like you have already acheaved a lot well done. Probaly most people that start here has a lot to learn I know I did that is why this site is great, there are so many helping hands. good luck
