I am 23 yrs. old and just had a baby 7 months ago. I am 5'6" tall and weigh 205 lbs. I have 90 mintues a day to workout in the morning. What should I do in order to lose fat and gain muscle? I would like to lose fat and inches but not muscle. I am currently doing 40 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach and then a few weights. I read that is so wrong. What should I do? Please help. THanks!
Hey frozen I just joined a few days ago but here is some help. If you look up top it says fitness plan. Click fitness plan then go through that and choose the type of workouts you want and follow that plan as well as you can. That is just some info for you. Hope it helps
