What is the effect of cigs on your workout? Does it mess with protein synthesys? I know their bad, but curious.

As for protien synthesis, I'm not sure. Maybe do a google search on that.

I recently quit smoking and that most significant change I've noticed is my endurance in working out. When I did cardio I would be lucky to last 20 minutes before feeling dizzy and sick. I have only been smoke free for a month but I can easily do cardio for 45 minutes without the feeling terrible after.

When you stop smoking, you will have a better and strong stamina for workout, making you work more and burn more calories...
I have heard that smoking actually makes your blood circulation slower. This means the supply of oxygen and protein for your muscle will also become slower.
Correct me if im wrong
Well i still smoke 1 stick per day though....
