I wanted to know what type of exercise should I do to achieve tight abs (not bulky, because I'm a female) and tight obliques with a smaller waist line? I want to reach this goal while maintaining my same size from below the waist down. Keeping my butt,hips and thighs.
This question has been answered a million times over and then some. Try doing a search on abs and read the results... there are bound to be a lot of posts that are related to this very question. I think most people are just tired of giving the same answer 'that abs are made in the kitchen'. Probably why no one really replied to this.
