I don't know why but when I change routines, I feel sluggish for a week or two. It might have somthing to do with what you are used to.

The past two days I have felt sluggish during my workouts. Could this be due to my switching up my diet a little? I used to have a meal at about 9:30-10:00 am and then workout at 11:30. The meal was normally chicken breast and brown rice.
This week I changed it up a little. I eat my meal at 9:00am and then I have an MRP at 10:45-11:00. I still workout at 11:30. Am I eating too much before working out?

You don't think it could be from the sugar in my MRP?

I don't usually feel the effect from sugar but I use very little. My mrp is homade with eggs, cottage cheese, cocoa, oatmeal milk and splenda. You could try that and see what happens. All you need is a blender.

I don't think it's the sugar in the MRP Hec. I think Charlie's right. When I change my routine up I usually feel more sluggish 2 or 3 days in. Maybe try changing to some generic vitamin world for your protein shake. 80 servings for 20 bucks 20 g of protein for serving. I just double up in some milk and it tastes great and it gives me quite a bit of energy.

Hec...give it a week. GATOR usually gives intense workouts that most people are not used to...thats why he rocks and you'll see more results with his workout than all the other BS. NOW GO GET BIG.
