When I'm in a rush and I don't have any food I drink a slim fast. It has 220 colories, 40 carbs and 3 grams of fat. It also has 10 g of protein. Is this bad if i have once a day? It's got 5 g of fiber as well.

Well it's not very nutritious. You can get much better quality from a real meal replacement. Higher protiens better carbs and fats. Without all the chemicals in the slimfast. Also there would be alot of vitamins added to the MRP. Slimfast is really a waist of hard earned money.

What is a real meal replacement? I'm new to all of this and have never heard of that.

Thanks! :) I feel like I'm back in school craming for a test. There is SOOO much more to this than I ever realized. The more I read, the more I wish I had paid attention in all of those science classes! LOL!

The more you know, sadly, the more realize that you don't know. Pick up a book by Tudor Bompa and you'll quickly realize that. Tough stuff.
