I am a die-hard when it comes to working out ,I even teach yoga, but my problem is late night sweet attacks. Any suggestions to conquer this alter ego that is destroying all my hard work.(haha)No cookie is safe!!!!!!!!!!!

I hear ya! I don't think anyone on here would approve of a late night sweet, but some nights I just have too. For that I keep frozen fruit bars in the freezer. They are small and low calorie. If I am having a chocolate craving, I will let myself have just a little something, like 2 chocolate covered almonds or a mini peppermint pattie. I know, shame on me, but at least I am not giving in to a whole snickers or a pint of ice cream! Of course there is always cottage cheese with fruit, yogurt, sugar-free jello or pudding.....

I don't think there's anything wrong with a little treat here and there. A little indulgence can keep you from overdoing it when the cravings get stronger.
