I'm wondering if there are any exercises available to beef up the lower forearm area, specifically the wrists and area around the wrists? There doesn't seem to be any exercises for that area of the forearm with the exception of the hand sqeeze grips. Thanks, c

To name a few, using Machines:
forearm cable curl, reverse forearm cable curl, lying triceps cable extension.

With Freeweights:
Forearm curl (and reverse), Wrist Roller, Behind the back barbell wrist curls and Wrist Raise (and reverse).

All this are very good for that area.
