hi to all yo out there...

need to ask you boys, does my body grow and gain muscle mass when i'm sick?

i got this cold a few days ago and its not too bad to stop me from work or any thing, its just a cold, so i didnt stop my programe and i kept workin out... is that ok? or should i stope ....

If you got the cold you should stay in bed and rest because you can't get over your cold but i think its ok to keep working out but you should take it easy.

Good advice. The rest is most important. Drik plenty of fluids!!
