Go heavy on military press and cleans and throw in some side lateral raises to feel the burn. Also do not forget to work on your traps (with heavy shrugs) because they fill out your neck more and make you look wider.

ya, militery presss and side laterals would do just the right trick. try doing different shrug routines also. dumbbll, smith machine, and behind the back shrugs. good luck on lookin wider.

Try doing Arnold presses, they do wonders and fast results with the laterals.

Well let me try to explain...Basically a dumbell press but start out with dumbells at shoulder height and palms facing your body. You start the movement up and twist your arms so your palms face out when you get to the top. do the reverse motion on the way down so palms face toward your body again.

I don't know a website that will show those, but Lewdog
explained it better than I can. It is one that Arnold developped for himself, and take a look at his shoulders.
They gave me great results.

True Carivan, they really give a great burn and I tend to put them in my workouts occasionally. Dont really know if they are a mass building lift but a great pump none the less.

Don't over do it though. The shoulders are easily overtrained and it's easy to develop and imbalance in them. The deltoid muscles primary function is more for stabilization, rather than being a prime mover. Don't work your shoulders with the same volume that you'd use for your chest. Shoulders are also a common injury point (particularly rotator cuffs), so watch your form.
