How's this shoulder workout sound to everyone? Four sets of each exercise are done, with the following reps:
Exercise(set1, set2, set3, set4)
Military Press (12,8,6,4)
Push Press (16,8,6,4)
Standing Dumbell Lateral Raises (20,14,12,10)
Front Dumbell Raises (12,10,8,6)
Bent-over cable laterals (12,10,8,6)
Upright Row using EZ curl bar, raising it to chin level (12,8,6,4)
Dumbell Shrugs (10,8,6,4)

So, how's it sound? Let me know. Any responses would be greatly appreciated as im trying to fine tune my workouts.

28 sets seems alot to me! It appears you are looking to build mass going to 4 reps on the last set of your exercise.I would probably shot for 16 sets keeping excellent form through-out. If thats not enough for you then shot for two workouts per week. You can change interchange a few exercises. This is my two cents worth!!!

this is way too much to stress on your shoulder. perhaps you would like to cycle your shoulder workout. i think you should try to break down the workout routine. you can try this by chosing selecting one exercise each to hit the 3 heads for 2 weeks. then another 3 different for them. by doing this, you will put the shoulder under a confusion stage. therefore, it will lead to growth.
