Tuesday my shoulder started to hurt a little front in towards the chest yesterday it hurt so much that I almost had my wife take me to the ER. Then I put my arm up and bent my forearm down with my hand behind my head and it relieved the pain for awhile. I might go see my Doc this afternoon if the pain comes back bad. Right now it is just a dull ache. It seemed strange that I don't remeber doing anything to hurt it and that there was no loss of strenght or movement. It felt like there was something stuck in the joint but was not stoping me from moving my arm .

I will get to it as soon as I am done lifting.

You may have developed a trigger point...they are so localized that I feel like I could reach in and pull mine out!

Find a good massage therapist that does deep tissue and see if that helps before a doc loads you up on medication, if you can!

Hope you feel better soon,

Julienne
