im working out over the last 3 weeks with a program have lost 6 pounds so far but some days i think i could do lots more the first week was sore or keep it up for the 8 weeks and then push harder

Don't change the program, stick to the cycle and increase the intensity The idea is to make gains and make your body work harder and increase your metabolism. Don't forget to eat healthy for the next workout!.:big_smile:
