The Ab nutrition program thingy says not to eat carbs after 7 PM. Does that mean I can only eat things in them with ABSOLUTELY no carbs or things that have very few carbs as well?

They mean "no carbs in the food" but that is a general rule NOT an absolute rule. A few grams of complex or fiberous carbs in a predominantly protein food are not going to ruin your whole fitness plan. Try to stay away from foods that contain any simple carbs (sugar) in any amount!

Veggies and proteins would be okey after 7PM. And then a protein shake (with some flax oil or nuts) before bed time.
That works for me.
