I have recently started walking and jogging (along with calf raises, squats and other excercises). The past 2 times I have jogging I felt sharp pains starting on the bottom of my heel and they shoot up my ankle and on up to my calf muscle. It hurts really bad. What is causing this and how can I treat it. I don't want to stop jogging.
