Wat does it mean to shock ya sytem in terms of liftin ? i've herd it used efore and herd if it happens u need like 2 weeks of reast. can anyone help me out

Shocking the system refers to giving your body a new stimuli. For example, for someone who has never lifted before lifting light weights will "shock there system". More seasoned Body Builders need greater stimuli to shock their systems.

what panchanka said... just keep in mind that in this case, the word 'shock' is meant as in doing something 'unexpected' (from your body's view)... shocking your body/system doesn't mean to shock it electrically (not in terms of lifting, anyways)...

An example would be a regular lifter who has been working say the bench press for about 6 weeks and does sets of 3-5 reps. A shock would be something different say doing sets of 12-15 reps. Hope that kinda of makes it clearer.
