now ive got your attention with the subject headline,
just a quick question,
which works better:
splitting up muscle groups thrughout the week
or
training all muscle groups in 1 workout 3 times a week
I only ask because various people on here split up muscle groups through the week which I can understand will give the muscle more time to rest and grow.
but wont working out the muscle more often promote growth as well?
what do people find works best, an all in one workout or specific days for specific muscles?

u'll honestly will get more help if u just title your posts with your question....the other part can be found with a search...its been discussed over and over....it's a very individual....i prefer to think of lifts when i workout...
