It porbably has been asked before and I know there differnt opinnion on this.

I got my training split sorted, next is, how many sets & reps should you do, and how many different excercises for a particular muscle group.

split

Day 1
Chest
Shoulders
Biceps
Abs

Day 2
Cardio

Day 3
Legs
Abs

Day 4
Cardio

Day 5
Back
Triceps
Forearms
Abs

Day 6
Rest
Day 7
Rest

Hey Raj, the FT workouts are all worked out for you as far as goals splits and reps. Why not give one of them a shot?? Welcome to FT.
