HI,,,,I am a basketball player and i am kinda new to all this like sets and reps and stuff ...this maybe a dumb question but usually all I do is practice and stretch for so long...On my thing where I am sposed to put how many reps i did why are there 4 empty blocks that need to be filled in and do i need to do enough to fill them all up or just one?? thanks for tolerating my ignorance ;)...but I really wanna git into better shape...there is no weight training in my basketball routine and I can't seem to lose the extra weight and i am really gonna do it this time if i can ever figure this out....Thanks again...Jeana

The 4 empty blocks are probably for 4 sets. There will be target reps listed beside the exercise for each set.

So for example, you're doing bicep curls and you have to do 4 sets, with 10 reps each. What that means is you curl the weights 10 times in the full range of motion without resting - that is 1 set. Now you rest for a bit (maybe 30s-60s) and do set #2, and so on, until you finish all 4 sets.

Hope that is somewhat clear?
