I just did my first workout yesterday. Sore but good. But I guess i have a dumb question. When the workout plan says: set # 1-4... does this just simply mean thats home many time i do them, or does it mean i do 1 set of 15 then 2 set of 15 (which would equal 30)?:

set one 15 reps
rest
set 2 15 reps
rest etc.
Any surplus of calories, will be turned into fat. have a diet coke with meals if you like, but you should drink more water.

Yes you did answer it now that I looked.. I must have completly looked over it. I am sorry. Ya, I don't drink diet coke all the time I have two a day one with lunch the other with dinner, I will cut back to only one a day. About the teeth I am lucky, my mom is a dental assistant and my dad is a dental technician. So I have really good teeth. it would be expected since everything is free.
